Warranty & Returns

If you change your mind, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all parts and tags.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of our warehouse receiving and inspecting the item
• Exchanges: the fastest way is to return for a refund and place a new order for the colour/style you want

How to start a return

1. Go to our Contact page and include your Order #, reason for return, and photos (if relevant).
2. We’ll reply within 1 business day with an RMA number and the closest return address
   
   
   
   

Our products are built for years of relaxed use. Your purchase is covered by a 10-Year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

What’s covered (manufacturing defects)

• Timber arm bars (splitting or delamination not caused by impact or misuse).
• Fabric and stitching failures.
• Ropes, hardware, and connection points

Not covered (normal or avoidable damage)

• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic marks, or colour fading over time.
• Damage from incorrect installation, exceeding the published weight rating, improper storage, sharp objects, chemicals, fire, or extreme weather events
• Mould/mildew from prolonged damp storage
• Commercial misuse beyond intended purpose. (Wholesale/resort customers — contact us for support.)

How to make a warranty claim

1. Submit photos and your Order # via our Contact page.
2. If approved, we’ll repair, replace parts, or replace the product. For confirmed defects, we cover return shipping.
