    Head to our Contact page with your order number, reason for return, and a photo if relevant.

    Get your return authorisation
    We'll reply within 1 business day with a return authorisation number and your nearest return address.

    Ship it back
    Post it with the authorisation number on the label. Once we receive and inspect it, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days.

    • Fabric and stitching failures
    • Ropes, hardware, and connection points
    • Any defect in materials or workmanship

    • Normal wear, cosmetic marks, or colour fading over time
    • Damage from incorrect installation or exceeding weight limits
    • Sharp objects, chemicals, fire, or extreme weather events
    • Mould from prolonged damp storage without drying

    Submit photos of the issue and your order number via our Contact page. We'll assess it within 1 business day.

    We'll sort it out
    If approved, we'll repair, replace parts, or replace the entire product. For confirmed defects, we cover return shipping with a prepaid label.
    The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and covers residential use. Wholesale and resort customers,contact us directly and we'll work out the right support plan for your property.
    European Union customers: You have a 14-day right to withdraw from the date of delivery for any reason. Items must be unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase. For change-of-mind EU returns, return shipping is typically your responsibility. For faulty or incorrect items, we cover it once confirmed.

    We cover return shipping for all returns, both change-of-mind and warranty claims. For approved claims, we'll email you a prepaid label. For change-of-mind returns, we'll provide the closest return address and cover postage once the item is received.

    The fastest way is to return for a refund and place a new order for the colour you'd like. This ensures the fastest turnaround, your new chair ships as soon as you order, rather than waiting for the return to arrive first.

    Contact us within 14 days with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement free of charge, no need to return the damaged item. We know it travelled a long way from Fiji, and we take full responsibility for anything that happens in transit.

    Our standard warranty covers residential use. Wholesale and resort customers, we've got your back too, just in a different way. Contact us directly and we'll work out the right support plan for your property. We've been supplying 75+ resorts for decades and we know what heavy use looks like.

    Some colour softening over years of outdoor sun exposure is natural and expected, it's part of the character of a handcrafted product. Our marine-grade varnish slows this significantly, but it's not something we'd call a defect. If you notice rapid or uneven fading within the first year, get in touch, that's not normal and we'll look into it.
