    Place your order on our website. Your payment is secured, and you'll receive an order confirmation email immediately.

    We pack it on the Coral Coast
    Your chair or hammock is carefully packed at our Fiji workshop within 1 to 2 business days. We wrap it in protective packaging designed for international transit.

    We ship it with tracking
    Your package leaves Fiji via international courier. You'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey from the South Pacific to your country.

    It arrives at your door
    Final delivery is handled by your country's national postal service. They'll deliver it to your door, mailroom, or collection point just like any other parcel.

    Every order includes a tracking number emailed to you once your package leaves Fiji. Follow it from the Coral Coast all the way to your door.
    Damage Guarantee
    Arrived damaged from the journey? Send us a photo and we'll replace it free. No questions asked, no return needed. We take full responsibility for transit.
    Secure Packaging
    Each product is wrapped in protective packaging designed for international transit. The timber spreader bars are padded individually to prevent damage during the journey.
    Processing Time
    Orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days of purchase. During peak periods (December and January), allow an extra day or two.

    How Fiji delivery works

    Place your order online and select Fiji as your delivery country.

    Add your accommodation name and address in the delivery notes, for example: "Marriott Resort Momi Bay, Guest: Sarah Mitchell, Room 214."

    We'll deliver to your hotel reception or accommodation within 1 to 2 business days. It'll be waiting for you when you arrive, or delivered during your stay.
    This service covers Viti Levu, the Mamanuca Islands, and the Yasawa Islands. For outer island delivery, contact us first and we'll work something out. We've delivered to some pretty remote spots over the years.
    Duties & Taxes

    What About Import Taxes?

    Import taxes are set by each country's government, not by us. Here's what we know for the most common destinations. We declare all shipments at their full commercial value.

    US import duty rules have been subject to significant change in 2025 and continue to evolve. We recommend checking with US Customs and Border Protection for the current requirements that apply to your order before purchasing.

    UK, Europe and Other Countries
    VAT and import duties vary by country and are the responsibility of the buyer. Your carrier will contact you if any payment is required before delivery. We recommend checking your national customs authority's website before ordering.

    Common Shipping Questions

    Once your order ships from Fiji (within 1 to 2 business days), you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Use it to follow your package as it travels from the South Pacific to your country. Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear after the initial scan.
    International tracking can go quiet for 3 to 5 days during transit between countries. This is normal. Your package is in transit, it just hasn't been scanned at the next checkpoint yet. If tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 business days, contact us and we'll investigate.
    Contact us within 14 days with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement free of charge. No need to return the damaged item. We know it travelled a long way from Fiji and we take full responsibility for anything that happens in transit.
    It depends on your local postal service. In most cases, if nobody is home, the carrier will leave a card and you can collect from your nearest post office or schedule a redelivery. The package is roughly the size of a rolled yoga mat (120 cm x 20 cm, about 4 kg) so it's easy to handle.
    It depends on your country and current import rules. UK and EU customers should expect VAT to apply. US duty rules have changed significantly in 2025 and we recommend checking with US Customs and Border Protection before ordering. For all destinations, any applicable charges will be communicated by your carrier. We always declare shipments at full commercial value. See the Duties and Taxes section above for details.
    Yes. We can ship to PO Boxes, business addresses, and alternative delivery points in most countries. Just enter the address at checkout. For unusual destinations or large orders, contact us first and we'll confirm the best approach.
    Yes! We offer free local delivery to any resort, hotel, Airbnb, or homestay in Fiji. Select Fiji as your delivery country and include your accommodation name and details in the order notes. We'll deliver within 1 to 2 business days. It'll be waiting at reception or at your door.
